Shipping Policy

We ship New Zealand and Australia wide. For all other countries please contact us to be provided with a shipping quote.

For New Zealand standard shipping good will be received in 5-7 business days. This is the standard shipping selected at checkout so for priority shipping please make this option at checkout.

For New Zealand priority shipping, goods will be sent out on overnight courier that same day if ordered before midday, otherwise the following day on overnight courier. 
Please note - South Island and some rural addresses may take 1-2 business days instead.

Peak times like Public Holidays please note that the shipping times will be slightly longer and sometimes the length of time is out of our control

Refund Policy

We accept refunds/returns 14 days after purchase has been made as well as exchanges as we want you to love the pieces you purchase from us! However we do have a few conditions.

CONDITIONS  

Any item returned must be returned in the condition you received it. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.All items must be unworn and with tags still attached.

To contact us in regards to returning an item / getting a refund please send us an email to havenandbug@hotmail.com or fill out our contact form and we will be in touch with the return address.

We reserve the right to dishonour any return / refund requests if we find the item damaged and not meeting the above requirements in terms of the condition of the item.

All refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item which will be the price you paid. For example if you purchased at sale price you will be refunded sale price not RRP.

All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender. We recommend tracked courier as we do not honour lost packages.

Returns / exchanges are not available on any Mystery Bags.
